Our Work Speaks

Every building tells a story. Here's a collection of projects where we've pushed boundaries, solved tricky problems, and honestly - had some fun playing with light and shadow. From cozy homes to sprawling urban developments, this is what we've been up to.

Passive solar design meets modern living. This one was a challenge - the client wanted net-zero but didn't want it to look like a science experiment. We managed to hide all the tech while keeping the aesthetic clean.

Junction Mixed-Use Tower

Junction Mixed-Use Tower

18 stories of retail, office, and residential. The trick here was making it feel like part of the neighborhood instead of towering over it. Those setbacks weren't just for show.

Forest Hill Residence

When your clients say 'we want to feel like we're in nature' but they've got a 50-foot lot in the middle of the city. Lots of glass, strategic landscaping, and a courtyard that became the heart of the whole design.

Distillery District Restoration

Distillery District Restoration

1890s warehouse turned modern workspace. The heritage committee had opinions - lots of 'em. But we found ways to keep the soul of the building while making it actually functional for today's needs.

Liberty Village Plaza

Liberty Village Plaza

Public space that actually gets used - that was the goal. We spent weeks watching how people move through the area before putting pencil to paper. Those angled benches? They're facing the afternoon sun for a reason.

Leslieville Laneway Suite

Leslieville Laneway Suite

Proving you don't need massive square footage to live well. 650 sq ft that feels twice as big thanks to some clever spatial tricks and a whole lot of natural light.

Tech company wanted something that didn't scream 'startup cliche' but still felt creative. We went with honest materials, flexible spaces, and killed the open-plan-everything approach. People actually need quiet zones, y'know?

Rosedale Contemporary
Residential / 2023

Rosedale Contemporary

This project taught us a lot about working in established neighborhoods. The design had to be bold but respectful - modern without being obnoxious. Those cantilevers created the covered outdoor space the family really needed.

Queen West Bistro
Commercial / 2022

Queen West Bistro

Restaurant design where the architecture doesn't fight with the food. Clean lines, warm materials, and a facade that opens completely in summer. The chef calls it his 'third kitchen' - that's the best compliment we've gotten.

2,800 sq ft Restaurant
Parkdale Green Roof
Sustainable / 2022

Parkdale Green Roof

Turned a dead rooftop into a community garden and gathering space. Not glamorous work, but this kind of stuff actually matters - urban heat island effect is real, and every green roof helps.

5,000 sq ft Community
Cabbagetown Victorian Renovation
Heritage / 2022

Cabbagetown Victorian Renovation

The classic Toronto challenge - historic front, modern addition at the back. We kept the heritage facade intact while creating open, light-filled spaces where the family actually lives. The contrast is intentional and honestly, it works.

3,600 sq ft 1880s Original
Waterfront Promenade Design
Urban / 2025

Waterfront Promenade Design

Currently wrapping this one up. Mile-long waterfront that needed to handle everything from joggers to families to people just wanting to sit and watch the lake. Designing for real use patterns, not Instagram moments - though it'll probably look good there too.

Yorkville Boutique
Commercial / 2024

Retail's not dead, it's just evolved. This space needed to be flexible enough for events, intimate enough for personal shopping, and striking enough to pull people off Bloor Street. Mission accomplished.
